Absolutely! Simply visit the product on our site and click 'remind me when it's back' pop in your email and you'll be the first to know when we've restocked the product. Be quick to shop!!

We accept a range of major cards and payment options. These include, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and JCB cards. We also accept payment's made via Apply Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and AfterPay.

Our gift cards are valid for three years from purchase date! Please note, all gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sunandsoul.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not currently accept any returns or offer refunds on clearance and sale items.

If you need to exchange an item, it's up to the customer to cover the cost to send back your item(s), but we will cover the cost to send out your new/exchanged item(s).

However, if you need to exchange your order for a second time, both the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us, and the cost of shipping the new item(s) back out to you, will be up to you (the customer). The fee for sending back out your second exchange is our standard shipping rate of either $10 for Australia, or $30 for International shipping.

All of our styles are designed with maternity and nursing in mind, that's why we recommend that you purchase the size that you usually are unless you have gone up or down a size since becoming pregnant.

Unfortunately not. We pack and post orders daily so we are are unable to change or cancel orders they've been placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and select the correct shipping before placing your order.
